Third-party quiz platform (Tally): Our quizzes are hosted and delivered through Tally (https://tally.so/). When you complete a quiz:
- Your responses are collected by Tally
- Your email address and quiz results are automatically synced to Kajabi so we can deliver personalised results and follow-up content
- Tally processes and stores your quiz data according to their privacy policy and Data Processing Agreement
Data retention and deletion:
- Quiz responses are automatically deleted after 1 year from submission date (or earlier upon request)
- You can request deletion of your quiz responses at any time by contacting [email protected], and we will process this deletion through Tally
- All data deleted by you is permanently removed from Tally's systems and backups within 90 days

2. Minors
Age restriction and parental consent:
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 14 without parental or guardian consent.
If a person under 14 wishes to use our services, their parent or legal guardian must:
- Be aware of and consent to the child's use of the Site
- Understand how we collect and use their child's information (as described in this Privacy Policy)
- Be responsible for monitoring their child's use
We do not knowingly collect or retain Personal Information from children under 14 without such parental consent. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child understands our Terms of Service and Website Disclaimer.

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
Tally's role: Tally acts as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement and is required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and GDPR where applicable. Under this agreement, Tally:
- Collects and stores quiz responses on our behalf
- Does not use quiz data for purposes other than delivering the quiz service
- Automatically deletes quiz responses after 1 year from submission
- Permanently removes all deleted data from backups within 90 days
We may also share information to:
- Comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests
- Protect our legal rights, privacy, safety, or property
- Enforce our Terms of Service
- Respond to claims of illegal activity
Business transfers:
In the event of a business restructuring, acquisition, or merger, your Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will:
- Provide notice to your registered email address at least 30 days before the transfer, where legally required
- Make reasonable efforts to obtain consent from affected users
- Ensure the new entity continues to comply with this Privacy Policy or provides equivalent privacy protections
- Allow users to request deletion of their data before the transfer if they do not consent
Users will have the right to object to such a transfer, but continued use of the Site after the transfer date will constitute acceptance of the new owner's privacy practices.

What happens when you unsubscribe:
- You will be removed from marketing email lists

- You can still access any courses or digital products you've purchased
- Your account will remain active
Note: You cannot unsubscribe from essential transactional emails, as these are necessary to deliver your purchased services and comply with legal obligations.
6. Lawful basis (GDPR)
Lawful basis for processing
If you reside in the EEA or UK (GDPR): We process your data under these legal bases:
- Consent (for marketing, non-essential cookies, behavioural advertising)
- Performance of a contract (to deliver courses and services you've purchased)
- Legal obligations (to comply with tax, accounting, and anti-fraud laws)
- Legitimate interests (to improve the Site, prevent fraud, enforce Terms of Service)
If you reside in Australia (Australian Privacy Principles): We collect and use your Personal Information for purposes directly related to our functions (providing educational services, processing payments, customer support) and as permitted by the Privacy Act 1988. 7. Retention
We retain Personal Information based on the following retention periods:
- Transactional data (orders, invoices, payment info): 7 years (required by Australian tax law and accounting standards)
- Customer support records: 3 years (for service improvement and dispute resolution)
- Marketing/newsletter list data: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Quiz and form responses: 1 year from submission date (automatically deleted; earlier deletion upon request)
- Device/analytics data: Automatically deleted after 26 months (per Google Analytics default)
Quiz data deletion: Tally automatically deletes all quiz responses after 1 year from submission date. Responses are permanently removed from Tally's backups within 90 days of deletion. You can request manual deletion of your quiz data at any time by contacting [email protected], and we will process this deletion through Tally.
You can request deletion of your Personal Information at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will delete non-essential data within 30 days. Legally required data (tax records, etc.) will be retained as required by law.
8. Automatic decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or significant effects.
Kajabi and Stripe may use basic automated fraud detection.
We do not use automated decision-making that produces purely legal or significant effects without human review.
Fraud prevention: Kajabi and Stripe may use automated fraud detection systems to flag suspicious transactions or payment attempts. If your transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent:
- You may be asked to verify your identity
- Your order may be delayed pending review
- In rare cases, your transaction may be declined
In such cases, you have the right to contact us for human review of the decision. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

We will respond within 30 days. If we deny your request, we will explain the reason and your right to lodge a complaint with the OAIC (Australia) or your data protection authority (EU/UK).
Charges: Access requests are free. In rare cases where requests are excessive or manifestly unfounded, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee.
International data transfers: Personal Information may be transferred outside Europe or Australia (e.g., to the USA for Kajabi and Stripe). These transfers are made under compliant mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adequacy decisions where applicable. By using this Site, you consent to such transfers.

11. Data breach notification
In the event of a data breach that compromises your Personal Information, we will:
